This email outlines the process of how to send an order to Coghlan, for us to Pick & Pack the order and then Hold it until further notice.
When sending the order just use carrier code "HOLD".
The order when released to the warehouse is picked & packed and then placed On Hold. We locate the order in a shelf.
You will see the order appearing on the On Hold Report on the FTP site and among On Hold orders on the Web Portal.
When you are ready for Coghlan to ship the order all you need to do is provide the XXX123456 number and carrier option to warehouseops@coghlan.com.au requesting that the order is shipped. We will ship the order within 24 hours.
The following are worth noting:
> Storage charges for the shelf location apply.
> The Fulfilment and Postage charges will appear on our invoice to you when the order is shipped or cancelled.
> A small handling fee for the process may apply.
> You will need to manage those orders on Hold - i.e. we can't manage a future shipping date at our end.
